TheBarre is a new body sculpting course combined with Ballet, Pilates and gadget resistance.
The Barre combines basic ballet exercises with Pilates to accurately train core muscle, using props such as dumbbell, elastic belts, etc. to sculpt muscle lines.In addition, TheBarre also combines Cardio. Making the course fun, agile and more challenging.
